		Introduction	I’m Marianne, but all my students call me Teacher “Yan” for short. I studied Bachelor of Arts in Communication and currently in the process of getting my TEFL and TEYL certificates. I have been an ESL teacher for over 5 years to Korean, Japanese, Thai, and Chinese students. Through the years, I discovered that Teaching is listening and Learning is talking. Communication indeed plays a big part to an individual’s advantage and I want my students not to be just learners but also users of the English Language.
